However during the whole event they didn’t announced the Windows 10 for mobile devices. They just announced that Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL and Lumia 550 will available with inbuilt windows 10. But the US firm hinted at the release date in the comments section on the official Lumia Facebook page. Unfortunately the company has not confirmed the exact UK release date as this will depend of mobile carriers to push-out the major operating system update. As for compatibility, Microsoft only says “it is our ambition” that the “majority of Lumia smartphones” will get Windows 10.
The Official Microsoft Lumia Page on Facebook responding to a fan question on the Microsoft’s spokesperson stated that “broad availability of Windows 10 on other devices, including mobile phones, will begin rolling out in December.”
